ABOUT & FAQ

LOCATION

All conference meetings will be held at the Hilton Anaheim. 
Secured covered parking is available. The garage is located behind the hotel, and the maximum height is 6 feet 8 inches.

 

Overnight Guests:

Self-parking is $39 per day, and valet parking is $49 per day.

 

Daily Attendees:

We strongly recommend carpooling for attendees
who plan to drive to the hotel each day!

 

Self-parking is $12 for the first hour, $4 for every 30 minutes after,

and $44 maximum for the day.

CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS 

This conference will have 2 sessions of breakout classes. Some of these will be a standard lecture/lesson with some small group work, and some will be a "workshop" of ideas and practical exploration. The schedule will indicate "*Class" or "*Workshop" to help you understand what to expect.

OVERFLOW ROOM

Our main ballroom will hold 1700 seats. An overflow room will be available in Pacific C (through the Pacific Promenade) with seating for up to 600. This room will provide a livestream of everything happening on the main stage and share a fellowship hall with the main ballroom. You won't miss a thing! This can be a great option for those wanting a conference experience in a smaller gathering or those with sensory needs.

Need a customs letter confirming travel? Email us @ nascon24anaheim@gmail.com with the Subject line "Visa Letter" along with an attached copy of your registration confirmation, full legal name, and address.

DEAF ATTENDEES

The main stage speakers will be ASL interpreted. The breakout classes will have limited ASL interpretation available. The schedule will indicate *ASL for those class titles. 


ADA SEATING

Space will be available in our main ballroom and overflow room for those needing accessibility for wheelchairs, walkers, etc. 

  • What are the dates for the North American Singles Conference?
    The conference has a soft-opening on Thursday, August 29 and will close at 12:30PM on Sunday, September 1st.
  • Can I save seats for my friends in the main conference room or the overflow room?
    We are anticipating over 2000 people at the conference. If you arrive separate from your friends in either the main conference room or the overflow room, we ask that you save a seat for yourself and only one additional person. This way everyone has a chance to sit the room of their choice. To sit with a larger group of friends, we suggest that you all arrive together and save seats for those present.
  • What is an Overflow Room?

  • How much is a room at the Hilton Anaheim?
    Room at the Hilton Anaheim are $169 per night. This price is discounted $100 off the normal per night cost. Visit the HOTEL page to learn more about the Hilton Anaheim.
  • How much is parking at the Hilton Anaheim?

  • Will the classes be recorded?
    Lessons on the main stage will be recorded. Some breakout classes may be recorded, but not all due to the interactive workshop format of some breakout sessions.
