This conference will have 2 sessions of breakout classes. Some of these will be a standard lecture/lesson with some small group work, and some will be a "workshop" of ideas and practical exploration. The schedule will indicate "*Class" or "*Workshop" to help you understand what to expect.

Our main ballroom will hold 18,000 seats. An overflow room will be available with seating for up to 500. This room will provide a live-stream of everything happening on the main stage and share a fellowship hall with the main ballroom. You won't miss a thing! This can be a great option for those wanting a conference experience in a smaller gathering or those with sensory needs.

  • Can I save seats for my friends in the main conference room or the overflow room?
We are anticipating over 2000 people at the conference. When the main conference lesson room reaches capacity, we have an overflow room that seats an additional 500 people. This room will live stream what is happening on the main stage. This room is also a good option for anyone who may have difficulty in large crowds or with loud noises.
